		<description>Sounds good (if a bit garlicky for my taste). All it needs is some rosemary stolen from the neighbors yard, a nice crunchy French bread (Freedom bread?), and a bottle of smoky red wine.</description>

		<description>It tasted like cucumbers!  Not quite as much garlic or as creamy as tzatziki, but think like cream of broccoli soup except made with cucumbers.

The cucumbers were not really cooked at all; they went into the soup pot pretty much at the end of cooking.</description>
